Organic flaxseed filled liner is separate from the removable cover.  Lavender or Eucalyptus can be added for relaxing aromatherapy.  Use cool from the freezer for pain relief.  The inner liner is microwave safe, and can be heated to help with dry eyes.  Or use at room temperature for relaxation and sleep.
